Bryson Bell's February Arms and Armament Auction contains over 90 firearms. There is a weapon for every kind of collector and firearm enthusiast. You can bid online at ParksAuction.com. Local pickup will be on February 21, 2025 from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon at the Parks Office. All transfers will be conducted by Old Town Armory. Transfer fee is $35 for the first gun and $25 per additional. Shipping is available on all firearms and ammo. Buyer's Premium is 15%.

Auction Details:
Auction Ending: Wednesday Feb 19th, 2025 starting at 7:00 PM (Central Standard Time).

Staggered Closing: Items will close every 20 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes
of an item's closing, the bidding time will automatically extend by an additional 2 minutes.

Payment Terms:
Payment Methods:Credit Cards: Your registered credit card will be charged after the auction
ends.
Cash payment available for local purchasers.
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to your winning bid, regardless of
payment type.
Credit Card Fee: 3%
Sales Tax: this auction is exempt from sales tax.

Shipping Ammunition; Shipping for ammo will be handled by the auctioneer. There will be a $5
charge for handling and packaging. Shipping rate will be assessed and billed.

Ammunition will be shipped via UPS (due to USPS restrictions).

Pickup Information:Pickup Dates & Times:
Please adhere to the following schedule for item pickup: Friday Feb 21st at the Parks Auction
Office from 8-noon. If you are unable to make the pickup, appointments will be available at Old
Town Armory in Goodlettsville. 212 BUFFALO RUN, GOODLETTSVILLE, TN 37072
FFL Transfer Fee: $35 for the first and $25 per additional firearm.

Important Notes for Firearm Buyers:
Firearms must be picked up by the registered purchaser (no
third-party pickups).
Ammo & Accessories:Ammo and accessories can be picked up during scheduled pickup times
without an appointment.

Shipping Information on Firearms:
Shipping Options: IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT Old Town Armory with
their FFL’s information for a shipping quote. A $15 handling and packaging fee will be assessed
per firearm. Once information is received and invoice paid, packages will be shipped within 5
business days.
We do not ship internationally.
Know your state and local regulations before bidding!

Important Legal Information:
You must be 18 years old or older to register for this auction. You must be 18 years old to
purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun.
All property is sold AS IS with all faults and blemishes, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All Federal and State firearms laws will be complied with. Background checks will be conducted
on ALL firearm purchases. Firearms must be paid for before a background check. Failure to
pass the background check will result in the buyer consigning the item to an upcoming Auction.
Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your area. The buyer is
responsible for actual shipping plus a $15 handling fee per firearm and each package shipped.
This will be determined by the shipper. Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. Know
your local laws before you bid. NO REFUNDS.

All pickups and local payment must be handled during the designated pickup period.
Background checks will be completed at that time.
The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.
By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.
